You must be at least 13 to create an account. If the athlete is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must consent before any assessment begins and is responsible for the account. ENYVA provides performance development: assessments, reports, protocols, and programs built around identity, readiness, and execution.
ENYVA does not provide medical care, psychological care, psychotherapy, counseling, or any other licensed clinical service. Nothing delivered by ENYVA is medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing replaces care from a licensed provider. If you have a health concern, consult a qualified professional. Do not delay or disregard professional advice because of anything you read here.
Assessment results describe patterns in the responses given. They depend on the accuracy of those responses. ENYVA describes processes and does not promise outcomes. No result guarantees any level of athletic, academic, or professional performance.
Prices are listed at the point of purchase. Payment is processed by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's terms. Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled, as disclosed at checkout. Refunds and cancellation are governed by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
The ENYVA name, mark, assessments, reports, protocols, and all associated materials are owned by [LEGAL_ENTITY] and protected by copyright and trademark law. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials you have purchased. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publish, or create derivative works from them without written permission.
Do not use the platform to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, upload harmful code, interfere with the service, scrape or reverse engineer any part of it, or submit information about another person without their authorization.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. You may close your account at any time by writing to [SUPPORT_EMAIL]. Sections that by their nature survive termination will survive it.
