About ENYVA
Performance starts with who you are.
ENYVA exists because mental performance has been treated like a luxury, and competitive readiness like a product. Both are wrong. Identity is what makes the rest hold up under pressure.
Our philosophy
Identity. Readiness. Execution.
Most performance development starts in the wrong place. Skills, tactics, fitness, tools. All of it crumbles under pressure if you don't know who you are.
ENYVA starts with identity. A clear sense of self that anchors you in every moment. From that foundation, we build complete readiness: mind, body, habits, and routines.
Then we train execution. The ability to deliver when the stakes are highest. Not with tricks or hacks, but with the clarity that comes from identity.
Identity first
Before skills, before strategy, before systems: identity. When you know who you are, everything else follows.
Readiness always
We don't just prepare for the big moment. We build the habits, systems, and mindsets that create readiness every day.
Execution matters
Knowing who you are and being ready means nothing without execution. We train you to deliver when it counts.
What we believe
Talent is common. The edge is who you become.
Skill gets you into the room. Who you are when it matters is what separates you once everyone in it is talented.
This is development, not repair.
We don't wait for a slump, a crisis, or a breaking point. Identity and readiness are built while things are going well, the way you build strength before you need it, not after.
We start with identity goals, not just performance goals.
Most systems set the number, the deadline, the metric. We start with who you are becoming, and the performance goals follow from it. Identity tied to outcomes is fragile. Identity that comes first holds when results don't.
Process is the work. Results are the evidence.
We develop how you prepare, respond, and compete. The wins follow from that. They confirm the work, they don't define it.
Where this comes from
ENYVA draws on experience across environments that rarely overlap: eight years as a Major League Baseball strength and conditioning coach, international executive coaching and leadership development, advising senior and political leaders, leading teams of coaches inside a global organization, and developing youth athletes. Environments change. Human performance follows consistent principles. The same challenges show up everywhere: pressure, complexity, uncertainty, adversity, and execution.
Our mission
What we're building.
To develop a generation of athletes and leaders who know who they are, show up ready, and execute when it matters most.
