[LEGAL_ENTITY], operating as ENYVA, provides performance development for competitive athletes, the organizations that develop them, and leaders. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Contact us at [SUPPORT_EMAIL] or [MAILING_ADDRESS].
Information you give us. Name, email address, and any details you provide when you create an account, book a session, or contact us.
Assessment responses. Answers submitted through the Athlete Mental Readiness Index and any other assessment, along with the resulting scores and reports.
Standard, reflections, and evidence. The athlete's Standard (one paragraph per role they play, with one sentence marked in each), post-game reflections, Framebreaker entries, evidence bank entries, and questions submitted through Ask ENYVA.
Consent records. When an athlete is under 18, we record the parent or guardian name, the fact of consent, and the date and time it was given. For athletes under 13, we record the parent's confirmation that they have reviewed and approved the athlete's participation.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of the transaction and limited billing details. We do not store full card numbers.
Technical information. IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected through standard web logs and analytics.
We use this information to deliver assessments and reports, to provide the programs you have purchased, to process payments, to communicate with you about your account, to meet legal obligations including consent record keeping, and to improve how the assessments work.
As part of the service, your ENYVA performance specialist reviews the athlete's assessment responses, Standard, protocol checklists, reflections, and other entries to guide the work. This review is a core part of how coaching and The Season are delivered.
ENYVA also includes an automated guide that reads the athlete's assessment, Standard, reflections, and questions to personalize their plan. The automated guide is not a coach or a clinician. Conversations with the automated guide are visible to the ENYVA performance specialist. The automated guide does not message the athlete except on calendar triggers built into the program.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share assessment responses with third parties for their own marketing.
Assessments for athletes under 18 require parent or guardian consent before they begin. We store the consent record alongside the submission. A parent or guardian can request access to their athlete's responses, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete the record by writing to [SUPPORT_EMAIL].
For athletes under 13, the parent or guardian must confirm by email that they have reviewed and approved the athlete's participation before the athlete profile is activated. The athlete's entries are visible to the parent and to the ENYVA performance specialist. The automated guide is available to athletes under 13 with parent consent, in guided mode only.
Service providers. Companies that host our platform, process payments, send our email, and power the automated guide, acting on our instructions. [LIST_PROCESSORS]
Organizations. If an athlete participates through a club, school, or organization that has engaged ENYVA, we may share results with that organization as set out in the agreement with them. This is disclosed before the assessment begins.
Legal. When required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Assessment responses and reports are kept for the duration of the athlete's active enrollment plus two years, unless you ask us to delete them earlier. The Standard, reflections, evidence bank entries, and Ask ENYVA conversations are kept for the same period. Consent records are kept for as long as the associated submission exists, plus three years, because the record is the audit trail for the consent.
Escalation records, if any are created, are kept for three years after the athlete's last active enrollment, because they are the audit trail for the safety protocol. Escalation records are never visible to the parent or athlete.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a copy of it, or object to certain processing. Write to [SUPPORT_EMAIL] and we will respond within the period the law requires.
You can pause or disable the automated guide for your athlete at any time from the account settings. Pausing the guide stops all automated plan generation and Ask ENYVA conversations. The athlete's existing entries are retained.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date. Material changes will be communicated directly.
